memory modules sold by Aplus Technology Inc. (APLUS), carry a
Lifetime Standard Limited Warranty. Products determinate by APLUS
to be defective will be replaced or repaired at no charge provided that
the parts have not been abused, misused, neglected or modified.
APLUS provides no expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose, and under no circumstances
will be held liable to any purchaser in any way for damages, lost revenue
or wages, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising
out of the use or inability to use this memory module.

Any memory modules returned for any reason to APLUS must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. RMA number may be obtained by E-mail during business hours. An RMA number is valid for 21 days from the issue date. Parts returned after 21 days may be refused, and a new RMA number required before re-shipment. The RMA number obtained from APLUS must be clearly marked on the outside of the box, otherwise the return shipment may be refused. Purchaser shall be responsible for all costs associated with return of product. APLUS will not be liable for any product that is lost or damaged in transit. Where

Clients may be granted credit terms following the processing of bank and trade references. Unless authorized for credit, orders will be shipped COD. First time orders may be subject to COD cash, T/T in advance or cashiers check. All prices are subject to final confirmation. |
